Aww, those are darling cards. Happy Thanksgiving!
I love vintage cards. DeAnna, you are the only person I know who stays up later than me. Sometimes Deb is waking up about the time I'm falling asleep. Actually, she should be waking up within the hour. :-)Happy Thanksgiving to you, too.
I wrote for an hour before checking in...Yes,they are just adorable. I'm glad to say I have a few cards from my childhood like these.May you all have a wonderful day and a deep sense of all the things we have to be thankful for.our prayers are heightened today for those men and women who are serving our nation and unable to be with their families because they have made the value of liberty a high priority.
Thanks, Suzie. Love the vintage cards.
Thank you, Deb. I am extremely thankful for those in service. Some people think it's silly to ascribe our freedom to those serving now, but I totally disagree. They might not be the ones who originally ensured freedom for our country, but they're certainly the ones making sure we keep it. I grew up missing a lot of holidays with my dad.I'm glad you got some writing done!
Anita, I love them, too. I'm not sure which I like best. This type, or the pretty glittery ones with soft snowy backgrounds. I save them both when i'm lucky enough to get them. :-)
Hope y'all had a great day! I actually had the whole family together for a change. It was quite nice.
