Baltimore Bunnies Revisited

I promised I'd share some pictures of my completed Baltimore Bunnies quilt, so here you go.
Here's the picture from the pattern.

This ismy version of the quilt. My local quilt shop borrowed it for display.
It's hard to see the quilting in the photos, but my quilter Richard Larson did a wonderful job!

I love the ribbon-candy quilting in the red sashing!

Aren't the cabbage leaves cute the way they're quilted?

I love the tiny bunnies!

So there it is! I've started on a new applique quilt called "Birdsong," which is a much easier one to make, but I like it because it looks antique.

So what do you think? Are any of you quilters? Needleworkers? What feeds your creative soul?

  1. Oh DeAnna, it's gorgeous. It took my breath away. What talent you have. I wish I could do something as lovely as this! Thanks for sharing!

  2. You're so sweet, Susie. It's really not hard. It's just practice, practice, practice.

I like handwork because it makes me feel like I'm not wasting time if I watch TV. ;)
