This little story took off in a flash and never looked back; much like its characters, the chapters stubbornly pressed forward in spite of knowing that at some point danger was going to step out of the shadows and into the light. The humor was infectious, the repartee extremely clever, and like an action adventure film the suspense kept me on the edge of my proverbial seat.
