HARBORED IN CROWS NEST SERIES #2
Set in Crows Nest, Wisconsin in 1930, this is a story that highlights Cora Davis and her brain injury acquired when she experienced an earthquake during an archeological dig in Italy.
Cora visits her Aunt Rose to rest and recuperate. She meets Silas Ward, a local carpenter and handyman who looks out for her aunt.
Filled with intrigue, excitement, a great romantic hero, faith and family values, this book checks all the boxes of a well plotted and interesting story. I enjoyed the historical details woven in such as an old desk with a secret compartment. I especially liked Aunt Rose with her insight and wisdom. This author has become a favorite with her relatable characters and fascinating plots.
A great addition to the series. I cannot wait for book #3.
*I received a complimentary copy of this ebook from the author. I was not required to post a favorable review. All opinions are my own.*5 stars and a strong faith thread
