Vince Corelli, a US Marshall is part of the close knit group of friends she hangs out with. Vince is a solid Christian who looks out for his buddies and wants to protect Raina.
This was a fast-paced, exciting story with twists and turns that I have come to expect from Ms. Eason. I like that the hero was steady, caring and not pushy. Raina was unsure about her faith but was encouraged by her friends and Vince. The story was written in such a way that you knew which direction the threat was coming from but not who the actual perpetrator was.

Never a dull moment for Raina and Vince with enough mystery to keep you guessing and valuable spiritual lessons to learn. Quite the nail biter with well developed characters, both good and evil. A fitting conclusion to the series.
