I always know I’m in for a treat when I read a Tina Radcliffe story. She writes the absolute best cowboys with wonderful big families that always live in the best small towns. I can always count on nice pops of humor, a lot of heart, and an uplifting message.
This is a second chance romance which is one of my favorite tropes because it never feels like insta love, which is not my favorite. Sam and Olivia were once engaged, but Olivia left him before the wedding and now she’s back in town to stay. I have to admit I was wondering just how Ms. Radcliffe was going to make me like Olivia after she had dumped Sam so unexpectedly. While I will say I wanted her to grovel a little bit more than she did, I loved their story! I loved how they so seamlessly fell back in love and how Sam forgave her. I just love this family and can’t wait for the next book in this series.
The Cowboy Bargain by Tina Radcliffe is book 2 in the Lazy M Ranch series but it can easily be read as a standalone.
