KEEP HOLDING ON by Melissa Tagg, Reviewed by Winnie Thomas

Can I just say first of all that I absolutely love the cover of this book? It’s just perfect! I’ve been anxious to read this book since I first heard about it, and I definitely was not disappointed. I’ve read a couple of Melissa Tagg’s books and really enjoyed them. This one grabbed my attention from the first page and just wouldn’t let go. I fell in love with the main characters, Beckett and Kit. They were so realistic and relatable, and I could see the growth in both of them throughout the book. Beckett was such a swoon-worthy hero, and Kit was so determined, hopeful and lovable.
The author used just the right blend of romance along with inspiration, faith and trust to make this a memorable read. The main premise of holding onto God through all your trials gave a strong take-away message. I will definitely read more books my Melissa Tagg. She has become one of my favorite authors.

*I received a copy of this book in exchange for my fair and honest opinion.

BackCover Blurb: Beckett Walker hasn’t stepped foot in Maple Valley in years. There’s no getting past the painful memories, and there’s every chance he’ll be arrested as soon as he shows his face. Which is exactly what happens when he finally returns. Suddenly his dream of adventure as a military lawyer comes skidding to a halt.

Horticulturist Kit Danby has spent too much time missing home and her childhood best friend—Beckett Walker. Now she might have a shot at reclaiming both. After years of living abroad, she returns to run her family’s apple orchard. She has one season to turn a profit and impress the father she barely knows. But she can’t do it alone.

It should be simple: Beckett needs community service hours. Kit needs a helping hand. But there’s more at stake than either of them planned. With a tangled past and futures that look nothing alike, they’ll have to find a way to weather the storms of the present . . . or risk losing everything
